Century Amenity

The overall concept was to create an affordable luxury design to promote the sales of the residence. Eda introduced “Art-Deco” theme as the design approach to create the space with decorative design.
The scope also included to create design theme for common space, including lobby, swimming pool, gym, etc. Eda also created the landscape design, with a relaxing outdoor space that serves as different functions.
